Senior Research Fellow (Resident or Non-resident)
Hiring Organization:
Tsingyan Research, established in May 2010, is a leading data-driven think tank experienced in public policy research in media and communications, tourism, urban management, public services, and energy and electricity industries. We have developed our own online survey platform, as well as communication big data platform, to support our policy research. We are headquartered in Beijing, China.
Job Description:
- Propose research topics in areas including but not limited to communication and society, communication and economy, and communication and culture. Discuss and confirm research topics with team members;
- Design research methodology, analyze data and literature. Survey data and retrieve big data supported by Tsingyan Research;
- Write research papers and submit them to SSCI, SCI and EI publications;
- Revise papers based on review comments and complete the publishing process.
Requirements:
- Research background in economics, sociology, marketing, psychology, communication, mathematics, computer science, and data mining preferred;
- PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, or lecturers with strong research capacity;
- Have published at least 4 papers in SSCI, SCI, or EI.
Salary:
A generous remuneration package will be provided to all successful candidates.

岗位职责：
- 围绕传播与社会、传播与经济、传播与文化等领域提出选题，共同讨论确定选题；
- 设计研究方法，分析数据和资料，清研智库提供数据调查、数据采集支撑；
- 撰写研究论文，完成SSCI、SCI、EI期刊投稿；
- 根据评审意见进行修改，完成发表
任职条件：
- 经济学、社会学、市场营销、心理学、传播学、数学、计算机、数据挖掘等领域专业优先；
- 具有出色学术研究能力的博士研究生、博士后和青年教师；
- 完成4篇SSCI或SCI、EI期刊论文
